What Causes Green Vision And Swollen Eyelid?

My 12 yr old son has been hit in the eye with a football. He said that his vision went black for a few seconds in that eye but has now recovered. His lid is slightly swollen which in not too worried about but when he covers the good eye he says his vision is green.what should i do?
