What Causes Greenish Discharge While On Althea Pill?

hi, i'm taking althea pill, for my pcos right now, since the first month of taking the pill im having a greenish discharge but no foul smell, i had consulted it with my obgyne. she said nothing to worry but still it bothers me by the way im sexually active(only one partner).
