What Causes Greenish Stool Discharge During Pregnancy?

I am 24 and pregnant with my second child and for the past two days I have had green softer stool in just found out my Vietnam D was 20mg so it was low and they put me on some 1000ui pills I also have morning sickness that they gave me some meds for that arnt working help please
