What Causes Greenish Vaginal Discharge Post Caesarean Section?

Dear Doctor,
I gave birth to baby boy 3 month ago through Caesarean section...But after one month of delivery i am getting periods every 10 days...1 st & second day blood if of red color....and after that 2-3 days only spotting...Now one week ago i got periods for 2 days then there is green yellow discharge...Kindly help nd let me now
