What Causes Greenish Vaginal Discharge?

i am 28weeks pregnant and i had a greenish vaginal discharge for about nearly a month now (i think its green though). Anyone knows any home remedies for the green vaginal discharge? I read from few articles that is might be related to diseases such as chlamydia and as well as urinary tract diseases. what can be the possible cause of chlamydia and urinary tract diseases?
