What Causes Grey Spots On Penile Shaft?

Hi here recently i have gotten 3 grey spots on my shaft..i was recently tested for any std..and they said i didnt have anything..i have picked at one like a pimple and it bled but scabbed over again with a grey colored spots..it concerns me because of my girlfriend and i dont wanna give her anything
