What Causes Greyish Discharge With Itchy Vagina?

Hi, i went to my university health center last week for greyish discharge, light bleeding (was not my period), and itchy vagina. I was diagnosed with BV so she gave me metronidazole. The BV seems to be clearing up but now i think i developed a yeast infection but more importantly the skin on my vaginal lips are burning and appears to have chafed and peeled. What can I put on it to heal?
