What Causes Grinding Sensation In Middle And Little Finger?

I punched a wall a few times and I know it was stupid of me to do so. It was swollen and bruised, now it kinda went down but when I put my finger on my middle finger knuckle I have this grinding sensation. Also, I feel it on my pinky too. I don t know, what this is, could you tell me?
