What Causes Groin Area Spots With Dryness, Blackheads And Pus?

i tend to get medium to large sized spots on my groin area where I have hair - i am female. the medium spots tend to dry up and turn into large blackheads while the larger ones are often pussy and red. Tjis has been occuring for several years now. What could it be?
