What Causes Groin Pain With Nausea And Lightheadedness?

It's my first time being fisted ( it didn't hurt while it happened, i didn't no it was happening) but now I have a sharp pain in my left side of my groin and feel light headed ( my vaginal wall is back to normal now though) and also feel abit nauseaous
