What Causes Growing And Itching Lesion On Back?

yes, my mom has a lesion growing out of her back. it looks whitish grey with little bunches of feelers that open and close when I put triple antibiotics on it. It itches, burns and hurts. it looks like an alien trying to come in or out of the body. it is sticking out approx. a inch.
