What Causes Growing Nodule On Arm?

Hi I have a small nodule on the right arm notice it a few days ago but it seems to be getting bigger and it hurts when touched what could this be. I have other nodules on my body but this one feels different its hard and hurts the others are soft and doesn t hurt when touched
