What Causes Growth On Pancreas?

Hello Dr. my son recently was diagnosed with MSRA after having 2 surgeries, on his stomach for a back injury and after having a ultrasound test done he was told there was a growth on his pancreas. Having had a ct~scan last week found out today it has gotten bigger in size. I am so worried ~ what is the next step for us to take ~ please.
