What Causes Gurgling Feeling In Abdomen And Chest?

2 nights ago I either had a very very vivid dream or this happened. I was laying in bed with my hands resting on my abdomen and all of a sudden I felt my abdomen rise up like a bubble and then the bubble collapsed. No pain.I got up right away and told my husband because it frightened me. My husband insists it was a dream. Not for a long time but I have a history of mental illness. I really believe it was severe depression which had developed into a psychosis where I had unrealistic fears. But when we moved a yr and half ago it really cured me and I have been so happy . we had been in a bad situation and have now been moved out into a very nice and peaceful home. there is no reason for me to think this is a psychotic episode. But once you have that in your history even when something is happening it is like you have lost all credibility and he always thinks it is in my head with no possibility it could be a physical problem. I thought it could be a ruptured abdominal aneurysm though I have never been diagnosed with one. I always had a fear I might and was afraid to have it checked because they are so dangerous. I often felt a pulse at my abdomen. I looked it up and from what I could find all but one person in what I found a rupture was always accompanied by pain. One man who experienced no pain when his ruptured though. I have been going about my business all the while anxious that I could be bleeding internally and will eventually die because no one believed me. It doesn t help to have been experiencing gurgling in my abdomen and now my chest. Could it be possible a vessel has a slow leakage so that I am not in pain and have not bled to death? Or am I like my husband thinks having an episode even though my life could not be happier and I am no longer depressed and have not suffered psychotic episodes since our move?
