What Causes Gurgling Noises Coming From Throat?

Hi I have had gurgling noises coming from my throat for years and I have just noticed that this isn t normal. It sounds like stomach growling but it s coming up through my throat. No pain anywhere and haven t noticed it occurring only after certain events but it occurs as often as multiple times in a day. The noise can get pretty loud and embarrassing. What is this and how can I fix this? I know it s not acid reflux.
