What Causes Gurgling Sound From Lungs After Using Periactin Nasal Spray?

I have had sinus problems since first of October in November I had sinus surgey still have kept sinus infections been on tons of steroids, antibiotics now I am on periactin, nasal spray, and ointment that I put in my nose, I have a gurgling crackling noise which is no wheezing from my lungs but more of in my throat can you tell me what this is?
