What Causes Gurgling Sound In Abdomen Along With Frequent Bowels?

Hi Sir i am having a unique kind of problem with my stomach I pass stool 3-4 times. It makes extreme noises and i recently consulted a gasro doc ,No test taken i am prescribed with sibofix 200 mg,homin tabfor 15 days. But sill i am not getting any relief. I still develop lot of gas in my stomach. I pass stool 3-4 times a day and immediately passing stools , the gas forms immediately. When gas moves in the stomach, it creates a lot of sound which is very much audible outside. I kindly request you to provide a solution for this. Thanks in advance
