What Causes Gurgling Sound In Head And Intermittent Headaches?

I am experiencing a gurgling type sound in my neck more toward the inside and back as if traveling into m ,the base of my skull. This happens every day. I have not had recent headaches but have often had cluster headaches in the past and one very severe almost unbearable headache a couple of months ago.
