What Causes Gushing Urine From Vagina Post Fistula Repair?

Hi - looking for some advice. I developed a vaginal fistula post abdominal hysterectomy. Had fistula repaired last week vaginally. Catheter removed today and still gushing urine from vagina. Catheter back in and now waiting for next steps. I have heard of urogynos in Atlanta - dr. Moore and dr milikos that specialize in women s uro issues. Quite sure next steps will be another surgery - just want it to be the last.
