What Causes Hair Fall And Pimples While Suffering From Low Glucose Level?

58 yr old female. 5'2, 110 lbs. Only notable health probs. breast cancer 10 yrs ago. Have taken 2 darvocets daily for carpel tunnel, (until removed from the mkt) take tylenol for joint pain, and take (2) caffeine pills daily as I am a fedex driver, and drive 14 hour days.. Cannot get drowsy. All at once, hair fallingout by the handsfull...strange pimples on face. These pimples would be sore like acne, but never could "squeeze" them like acne. Could this be some kind of allergic reaction, or something internal? Sometimes I get the jittery, trembly feeling, but I think that could be a glocose problem. Last test said I had borderline glucose levels, but can be controlled with diet. Hair and acne bigger concern presently.
