What Causes Hair Fall Post Grey Hair Treatment?

hey doctor. I am a teenager with a problem which is grey hair. So I consulted a doctor and he gave me a cure. I think it is working as I can't see grey hair anymore on the top of my head but a bit of thining hair or not like before but with no grey hairs.



My question. Does the grey hair fall in order for a black one to take its place?
