What Causes Hair Loss And Hair Root Pain?

sir my name is raj.age is 28years.I am facing the problem of hair fall for the last 5years after joined in a steel plant.my father is also having bald head on sides. for the last six months I am also experiencing pain at the roots of hair even if comb my hair with my fingers...pls suggest an appropriate solution for my hair loss problem
