What Causes Hair Loss And Sore Feet While Treating Polycythaemia Rubra Vera?

Hi I was diagnose with prv a year ago and having my blood taken out every three months. But I ve noticed that my symptoms are getting worse every time. Was put on blood thinners three months ago but they made me sick. My hair is falling out and I m very weak, my toes and feet are very sore . Will this disease get worse? And do I have blood cancer?
