What Causes Hair Loss, Dry Skin And Constipation Post Hysterectomy?

I am 41 have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and taking synthroid for 10 years, last year I had a Hysterectomy from Fybroids and excessive bleeding and now my thyroid TSH is climbing last week it was 22. I have gained 18lbs since my surgery, hair loss, dry skin, constipation, I am a mess what can I do?
