What Causes Hair Loss,severe Itching And Black Spots On Legs?

hi doctor ,am 25 years old girl and am having severe hair loss since from 2year like that........in this regard i would like to share another problem which am suffering since from many years......i have a skin problem (i.e., i get black spots over my legs) this problem get severe at the time of winter.....i get severe itching over those spots, and sometime water like thing over those spots. i have used many medicines but no use ........i had a doubt due to this skin problem am getting hair loss.....and also give me solution to both my problems....thank u waiting for ur suggestion
