What Causes Hallucinations And Anxiety When On Prialt?

Hi there, I have a very serious back condition. I presently have a Medronics internal pump. Properly filled, and having good medical professionals around me, certainly has helped me minimize the pain since its insertion 2002. Now, doctors have explained that too many narcotics , for too long isn t very healthy for my body & have serious consequences. Getting to my question, A Dr. from The Univ of Miami is treating me with a non-narcotic medication called Prialt. I ve weaned from the Dilaudin meds for over a year. The pump now only has Prialt in it & I m suffering from it with quite a few side effects. Maybe this is too much to ask in our writing here but I really need some guidance. Prialt has left me with halucinating, seeing things that are not there, I m anxious all the time, my memory is gone & that s just a hint of what I m going through. I m going to stop about here & see first, if you or someone can lead me to good help & guidance about this.
