What Causes Hand Tremors And Head Nodding While On Prazosin And Propranolol?

Hello, my mum experiences hand tremors and head nodding. She is a fifty plus woman on prazocin and recently propanolol for a well controlled hypertension although says the people gets too low sometimes. What could be responsible for are symptoms? Is prazocin likely? And what can she do? Thanks.
