What Causes Hand Tremors And Shock Like Feeling?

hi doc.2 years ago, I had 2 op s. firstly both hands for trigger fingers. since then my right hand has had like electric shocks in my right hand. these are getting worse and are overwhelming to say the least. they come out of the blue without any warning night or day. secondly I had an op 1 month later on my bowel for webbing I had from previous op s. 6 in all. are these related to my finger problem, or is just either separately related? regards.
