What Causes Hand Tremors In A Heavy Smoker?

Hi doc, I m a 19 year old and also a heavy smoker. My hands seem to shake most times, I can t even do simple tasks such as holding a glass of water without my hands shaking. Can I please as for your opinion, and what are the things I should do? Thank you!
