What Causes Hand Tremors While Treating Fluctuations In BP Levels?

I started taking bupropion 100 mg SR for about 40 days and then the doctor bumped it up to 150 mg bupropion XL and I have been on the increased dose for over a month. I normally have a bp of about 120/80, work out regularly, and am in good health 60 y.o.male. Since taking this rx I have had bp readings 145/90, 160/100(today) most generally in the 140/ 90 range. I also have hand tremors which make turning the pages of a book difficult. I am pleased with positive results of the RX for my depression. I read where bupropion doesn't affect bp. Can the RX be the cause of this increased bp?
