What Causes Hand Tremors,dizziness And Loss Of Hearing After Using Tanning Bed?

I just got out of a stand up tanning bed. I was in it for about 4 minutes and 37 seconds I have used tanning beds of and on for about two yrs now I d say all together I ve been maybe 10 times and i ve never had a problem until tonight...I feel real sick, hands shaking, light headed, dizziness and I lost my hearing for about 60 seconds just wanted to know why this happened plz
