What Causes Hands Hair And Fingernails Pain With Muscles And Joints Ache?

The hair on my hands hurt a lot. when the breeze blows it or when i brush it in the opposite direction it really hurts. like its extremely sensitive. and my fingernails hurt as well. not like a striking pain but like when i scratch my self they feel like if i'm pulling them off my fingers almost. but its sensitive as well. they're not cut too short and they're not too long either. and today i felt a little achy all over, my muscles and joints. like if i'm getting a flu, but im not.
