What Causes Hard And Enlarged Occipital Lymph Node?

Hello, i have a hard enlarged occipital lymph node on the right side (base of hairline next to spine) it is causing neck pain, also having headaches at the back of my head. what could be causing this? Also the lymph node has grown rapidly and has been enlarged for about a month.
