What Causes Hard And Swollen Stomach With Lower Abdominal Pain?

I ve been having pains in my lower abdomen and clear gushing liquid discharge constantly with also my stomach swollen and hard. I have been diagnosed over the years with ovarian cysts and endometriosis and I have had 3 csections the last one was 7months ago. Pregnancy test negative and the pain is different than the endometriosis pain, should I be concerned?
