What Causes Hard Bloated Stomach And White Discharge?

Hi I have miscaried at five weeks in November. Trying to conceive and waiting for my next period. Experiencing severely hard bloated stomach in the evening for past two days, had cramps in the right and left of lower abdomen which have subsided, more white discharge than normal and retching when I wake up. Really worried. What is this?
