What Causes Hard Bump On Vaginal Opening After Having Intercourse?

Im 21 female, I am in a new relationship and we have recently starting having intercourse. Our first time it really hurt and he was very rough and it lasted a long time, longer than my body could self lubricate I was sore immediately after and it stung to wipe when I went in the bathroom afterwards, its been about a week and i have a hard sore smooth ball towards the back left of the inside opening of my vagina.. neither of us have any infections or stds.. I m worried if I have intercourse again though it will get much worse! Or something is actually wrong can these form from too much friction?
