What Causes Hard Bumps On Forearm?

I have noticed a bunch of small hard bumps on my left forearm. It's not bites and they don't hurt unless i scratch it and irritate it...the thing is, they're spreading further from the initial location. Initially it was just in a circle of about 10 bumps. The circle is now bigger and larger.
