What Causes Hard Lump Along With Bad Odour From The Vagina?

I have just gone to the toilet and noticed a hard spongy lump with a hole in the middle of it has appeared inside my vagina, for the past few days I hve noticed excessive fluid in my pants and a strong smell please advise what this could be im really worried x
