What Causes Hard Lump Between Breasts?

Yes TY for the past two months I have had a very hard lump between my breasts ,no bigger than the size of a pea. About four days ago I noticed that the lump is considerably larger but not as hard and flatter. When it was a smaller size it was not painful ,but now it is tender to the touch.
