What Causes Hard Lump On Collarbone?

Hi, over the past few months I have noticed a hard, noticeable lump on my right collar bone. It is nearer my shoulder than my sternum, near the start of the shoulder joint. It is hard and doesn t move. There s a dull ache, but nothing serious pain wise. Should I worry about it? thanks
