What Causes Hard Lump On Face?

I have a bump on my face it doesnt look like a normal pimple but there in something in the middle of it that looks like it should be sqeezed out but it wont come out! I thought i pulled the seed out a couple weeks ago but i think it came back.. ive had it for weeks now :( how do i get rid of this???
