What Causes Hard Lump On The Left Side Of Stomach?

I was in car accident dec 27th very bruised left breast that hit steering wheel had chest exrays no broken bones. My stomach was bruised from seat belt, I notice on left side is a hard lump, my left hip bone is very sore!! Is there any need to be concerned of the lump on left side of stomach?
