What Causes Hard Lumps In Vagina?

What could be the lumps in my vagina about three inches in that are hard and painless and perfectly symmetrical to each other? I m convinced that they aren t cysts, and could they actually just be part of the shape of the walls of my vagina? And if anything, they remind me of what my tailbone feels like. Same shape and size. How is that possible?
