What Causes Hard Lumps Inside The Nose?

I have a hard growth inside my left nostril. it was precipitated by the appearance of a large pimple on the tip of my nose. becore that, a similar growth appeared inside my right nostril. All of these were extremely painful. currently, the pain extends beyond my nose to the musculature and eye on the left side of my face.
