What Causes Hard Movement Just Like Bone Indicate In Children?

Hello I have a concern, I was giving my 2 yr old a bath and noticed a hard it feels like a bone it kind of moves around it doesn't hurt when I touch it he doesn't pay any attention. I took him to his pediatrician she says that it feels like a bone but to keep an eye on it, do you have any idea what this could be?
