What Causes Hard Red Lumps On The Legs?

My daughter has small pink lumps(the size of a dime) on her left foot,(they are not itchy and are hard) one on her ankle, one on the outer part of her foot on the other side, one on her heel, 2 on her shin, her back hurts and she's been complaining of an upset tummy. any ideas on what this could be?
