What Causes Hard Whitish Umps On My Penis?

Hi my im 20 years old.
I discovered when i was young that i had pearly penile. i got scared because i didn't knew what to do or what it was. I was not comfortable to tell my family so i waited till my first doctor check up. She told me it was something normal that people get. I was okay thank you. I did more research on it because i wanted all the information. A few weeks ago new bumps starting to come out but not in the pattern that I already had them. It looked a little different more like a pimple. The first one appeared first on my foreskin of my penis. Later on 2 more around the same spot. Then later on some appeared just above the edge around my penis and the bottom of the head. But these one have more of an irregular shape. They rice up and stand out more from what looks like pearly penile. They are white. It does not hurt but sometimes it itches. No different smell. I tried squeezing one but they did not popped nor nothing came out of them. they are kind of hard but soft. like hard jelly. Please if u may help me i would appreciate. hopefully nothing serious so I don't have to go to the doctor.
