What Causes Hardness In Stomach With Feeling Of Something Is Kicking Inside?

hi my lower stomack feels hard and as if something is kicking me from the inside..or just moving around,,i was wondering if this has something to do with my hernia i have in my abdomenal area or if im pregnant...whih i am not,,but it feels like i am!!
