What Causes Hardness On Testicles Post Stent Placement In Leg?

Hi my husband had a heart cath done 2 weeks ago and had a stint put in his leg he had 2 blockages. He was in the hospital 10 days with complications. He had 2 hematomas and an arterial bleed. He was very bruised and swollen and now his testicles are very hard. Is this normal or is it just one more odd thing to have happen.
