What Causes He Decrease In Size Of Penis?

I am manoj a 23 years old guy. i am still not married but due to masturbation in the last couple of years my pennis size is very small and also i have no energy left to have sex. because of which my entire life is being affected, i do not find anything interesting in my life therefore with a huge hope i was just wondring if you could suggest me what i may do?
